Sat in a room with 8 people. HR, a couple studio directors, design directors, a principal, and a few others. Basic intro questions & then walked them through a few projects in my portfolio. Afterwards, HR wanted to talk salary & I got a tour of the office. Lots of people working at 6 when the interview ended. Several of the higher ups came and went. It was distracting. I appreciated the design director who sat close to me at the large table and was engaged the entire time.

Typical architecture interview process that took a few weeks with a series of interviews with various project team members. I felt like things could have moved along faster but overall good experience.
Professional, respectful, friendly, and they are genuinely interested to understand your skills and your goals in your career. Took two rounds of interview. HR was also professional and swift in replies
