After having a 15-minute phone call with the talent acquisition specialist, I was offered a "full" interview originally to be in-person. The interview ended up being rescheduled twice and switched to virtual and then only one of the three people logged into the call. It was very casual and rather informal, but went well and I was asked to do another interview with the people that were not able to be in the first one. The second call was a much more standard interview, being asked normal questions and going over my portfolio.
