Started with the HR and after that scheduling an interview with the teams. There were 3 members of the team, and the interview is very generic like all the other interviews, talking about my experience and presenting the portfolio.

Common questions about design thinking and experiences. One interesting question is that when we were talking about getting inspiration from the internet and books the team lead asked me what was the book I'm reading recently.

The interview went smoothly overall, but the interviewer took long pauses before asking each question. Those pauses created several awkward moments of silence, making the conversation feel slower and less natural.

I had 1 interview with the design director and design manager. It was straightforward and they asked about my skills and experience. It did not seem as hard as I thought it would be.
