When they review my resume, I was told to introduce myself a bit. Then I was asked to go over my portfolio. They asked some questions about some projects. And also asked me where is my hometown and where would I stay in the city.

Gensler LA’s interview process includes a portfolio review, two interviews in their design team,lasting nearly 30 minutes. We have discussion on my architecture design work in school and asked several question.

I was a very smooth and straightforward process with a heavy focus on design and reasoning behind certain decisions. Some questions about future career goals as well, which is to be expected.
