Applied online through their website. A week later I was called by HR for interview. That went well and was asked to come in for in person interview. I asked for a list of persons that would be part of the interview and was given the names and title. The titles were all wrong, lucky for me I checked linkedin. This interview consisted of the Director and 3 techs, which 2 were in a remote office on a conference call. It seem like a good office environment but there was an uptight feeling around the office. I think I did good on the interview. Couple questions I missed but most were on the mark. I sent my thank you letter the same day and waited for a responses. 1 week later I sent the HR person a follow up letter and still no response. I think that is really inconsiderate as a simple "sorry we picked another candidate" would be nice. Follow up for the company is really bad.
