A recruiter reached out to see if I was interested in a design lead role. I was glad to learn more about it. After going through 2 rounds of interviews which took over 4 months, the recruiter ghosts and haven't heard anything since. It was frustrating trying to talk to the recruiter after the interviews, because the recruiter wouldn't follow up and just ghosts.
