The first round is a Phone/Zoom interview, then an In-Person Interview, lastly you will have an interview over zoom with leadership. If you are selected than you will receive a written offer letter. The process moved pretty quickly.

Entretien
Several phone interviews with stakeholders in the company. Most were very easy conversations and human resources was excellent at getting them coordinated quickly and smoothly. Final interview process is an invitation to the home office for face to face interviews back to back with 5 or 6 additional people. They really try to find the perfect fit for each position.

All interviews asked pretty much the same situational questions. You have plenty of time to ask specific questions of each department head. Very give and take.
