First round phone interview with recruiter, second round in-person interview with manager. The phone interview was slightly more question-based, while the in-person interview was a bit more of a conversation.

Started with recruiter screening, asked me some basic questions. After getting past the screening, I scheduled an interview with director. There weren't any atypical interview questions, and not too difficult. If you're prepared for the interview, it'll be fairly conversational.
