I would strongly recommend not furthering your application or applying at this company. They engage in legally unenforceable practices as well as ask deeply invasive questions which are not ethical nor legal to ask at the pre-interview stage. Rejection is best type of redirection because if they are this invasive in the interview stage, I can’t even begin to imagine company and work culture.
