Recruiter > phone screen > onsite. The recruiter is very friendly and supportive. The screening round was knowledgeable and interesting since the interviewer knew his algorithms. During the onsite one of the interviewers was hell-bent on trying out a brute force approach and after trying so hard to help him understand a better solution, he refused to listen. I drew diagrams on coderpad to help him understand and he was persistent that although what I said was correct it is not the RIGHT approach. It seemed like he had memorized one approach and wanted me to do it that way without knowing what was on his mind. This was a complete contrast to the first interviewer who was familiar with algorithms and encouraged new ideas and approaches. He was definitely someone you'd like to work with. The other one...not so much.
