The Talent Recruiter from Genesis10 contacted me about 6 months after my interview at their job fair. A phone interview with the potential bank manager was established and I had a couple of phone calls with that bank manager. The interview went very well and I was quickly asked to start.

I met for lunch with a recruiter to discuss my experience and understand roles they usually receive from clients. From there I went on an interview at a client site and a few days later I was offered the job.

Standard review questions of my knowledge of technology, process and policy for the project management office.
Waited 11/2 hours at a Genesis 10 job fair for an open IT position to which I had skills and experience for. Finally, called by an arrogant recruiter, who to my shock, said he didn't have any IT background let alone know anything about the software listed in my resume. Shown the door in less than 2 minutes.
