1st round interview was a phone screen. Mainly just behavioral and seeing your interest in the firm and IB. I had mine with a VP. After that, it was a superday on Teams with 4 interviews back to back to back to back. Combination of VPs and younger guys. Questions were a mix of behavioral and some technical questions. Also got a question on my outlook of a market/economy.
