It's interesting there are 3 negative interviews for a similar role over the course of a year. Did not make it past the first stage, but it seemed exhaustive. I was told there would be an interview with a hiring manager next then panel then executive. Another review mentions there was an assessment. That was not mentioned in my interview process. I feel i got a glimpse into the dysfunction when the the interviewer mentioned he was recently moved into Talent and folks were shuffled around. I was offered no feedback.
