The interview process consisted in two rounds interview, the first with HR and the second one with the head of the team. During both interviews I was not confronted with any technical question, but rather description of my achievements and experience. I found the interview very unfair and penalizing for fresh graduates that are looking to start a career in finance. HR and interviewers should test candidates on their knowledge (especially for intern and graduate positions), rather than looking at CV only and being interested in the name of the university where candidates have studied.
