group interview. split a big group into 2. did 3 activities in total(chose an outfit after you have been given a scenario, how would you great the person depending on who they are) and finished with a one o one in the end with the manager himself
After resume submit and you get an email, you'll be ask to attend a group interview. There were approx. 15 people with some basic questions taking turns an an activity at the end where you splits into small groups.

Entretien
Included one video interview - with various questions on how you can deal with tough situations in the retail industry. The interview was completed during a lockdown so it was online - but most are in person and grouped. Experience is regarded but not needed for this role.
