I applied online. The process took 2+ months and was very flexible about start dates because I hadn't graduated yet . I first got a phone interview and basically was to make sure I was a good fit for the position. Then I got an in-person panel interview which basic went over resume and skills I would need to acquire. The in-person interview is to main see what you personality is like and if it will clash with the team you will be working with.
