I was put in a room with an interviewer, a software engineer and the person that would be my mentor in Michigan on zoom. They had me introduce myself and it was very much a conversation with some questions for me. Very kind and understanding.

Question 1
gave me a scenario about what I would do if I was put into an established group and how I would handle giving my opinion without interrupting the workflow of the group.
Asked me about a project I am proud of and to give a situation where I was working on something that was too challenging and I was stuck and how I handled it.
