I was contacted two months after applying for a 15 minute phone screen. I then was contacted a week later to schedule a 30 minute interview in person. The in-person interview was with two supervisors from the department I applied for.

First one was a phone interview with basic questions and the second one was in person with 2 supervisors asking questions about how my experience aligned with the position I was applying for.
