Very simple. They basically talked about the department to get me interested. I was hired around the time that Electric Boat had a big hiring push so I may have had a uniquely easy time. I received the "silver ticket" at a career fair and then they interviewed me at the New London facility, which was basically me picking the department that I wanted from a group that wanted to hire me based on my resume.
