Hiring manager reached out to me on LinkedIn. Recruiter phone interview. The drive was 2 hours, really far. They take you around the site, and then panel interview with 5 other people. Then hiring manager interview. Sent thank you notes to recruiter and manager. No response. In my opinion, the interviews could have been all virtual/video for candidates. It’s an inconvenience for in person at that location.
