HR scheduled initial phone interview and was scheduled for face-to-face interview immediately following the conversation. During the interview, was questioned by hiring manager and then immediate supervisors regarding specific work details.

I was contacted for a phone screening. I was asked how my experience would fit for the current role they were hiring for. Next, I had a panel interview with 3 employees where they asked me questions about my resume and experience. After this, I had an on-site panel interview with the same individuals. All were very friendly and welcoming.
