There was a 2 step interview process. One on the phone with an HR rep. The second was online, through a webcam for visuals with a phone call for audio. It was quite professional and easy to organize. But it was clear that the people conducting the phone and webcam interviews had little communication with each other. The phone rep led me to believe the job demanded different things than what the webcam reps expected, neither side of which seemed coordinated with the initial job ad to begin with.
