I received an email expressing interest in my application and asking for good times to set up a phone call. After responding I never heard back, and tried emailing two more times (politely, after about a week) before giving up. Extremely unprofessional to get "ghosted" by a company.

First you apply online, then you do a phone screen with a recruiter, then a zoom interview with a manager, mock role play interview with directors and managers, then finally you meet on zoom with a director for a final screening
