Phone call with HR, scheduled an in-person interview. Interviewers spoke mandarin most of the time. Whole process took about 1 week. Received no news after the interview even after emailing them

In person interview. They had me prepare a 20 minute presentation about my past experience and then had a panel of 4 employees ask interview questions. Most questions were based on laboratory techniques. Never heard back after the interview, even after I reached out to ask whether they had made a decision.
