long story short, the in person interview is not at all what they ask you to prepare for. They ask you to prepare a powerpoint presentation about yourself and present it to a room full of people. Once you present you spend the next 30-45 mins being grilled non stop by 6 different staff. They continuously ask you question after question.
I would describe the interview as stressful and fast paced.
Con- they don't have the courtesy to email you if you do not get the job. Its highly unprofessional.

1. 30 min phone call to discuss CV and role
2. 30 min video call with regional manager - mainly a personality assessment
3. panel interview where you do a presentation

3 step interview, HR at the beginning and later with executive panel. The interviewers were nice. Questions were not difficult (ex. Your background, related skills and behaviors). If you were looking for a job recently, it'll be easier to prepare and answer these questions

HR contacted me through WhatsApp and completed 1st phone interview at the same day.
Scheduled an online video interview. 2nd interview was with technical team leader but no reply from them afterwards.
