It started with a phone screen with a recruiter, then there was a 4 person interview over WebEx that took over 2 hours to complete. I was told I would hear back by the end of the week to set up the next round of interviews. I never heard back from them. I emailed my recruiter twice and have left messages on her phone. I was completely ghosted by this corporation. They never had the decency to tell me I was not selected for the job. After spending time on a 2 hour interview I think it is unprofessional to not let the candidate know they were not selected. I also had no other contact information so unfortunately could not escalate the situation to find out what happened.
