The recruiter contacted me after finding my profile on LinkedIn and set up the interview. She was very responsive, and the communication was excellent because we had to reschedule a few times until we could have the interview. The interview went smoothly, with fundamental questions about my background, my career path, what I expected from the position etc. She talked about the profile they were hoping to have for the position, and next steps after sharing my information with the hiring manager. I had a very positive interview, except that I felt rushed because she seemed to have a limited amount of time to interview other candidates. Three days later, I received an email stating that I was not chosen. After asking for feedback, she promptly sent me the reason (although it was unclear, I appreciated that she even responded to my email). Excellent experience with Gartner.

There were total 5 steps of interviews. Phone interview for screening -> Traits interview -> Role Play Interview -> Case Study Interview -> LSA Interview. Process was quite time-consuming and complicated.

Entretien
First call with a recruiter, followed by an email with instructions to prepare the second call, which was to answer questions about my past experience in a STAR format. Third call with a member of the team. Fourth call with a senior HR, to answer more questions in STAR format. At this stage there's also a simulation of a cold call with an executive, whom you're reaching out to, to promote engagement with the service.
