Long and has a role play, but expect all the time you take on the steps and role play to be ghosted at the end. Super unprofessional, left a bad taste in my mouth. Avoid wasting your time with these clowns

Was contacted by recruiter, very professional, explained i was in final stages elsewhere but I would try and stretch to see through Gartner process & they said they could move fast. Initial traits interview went well good feedback. Hiring manager webex 2 weeks later. They explained further 2/3 f2f interviews would follow. Lead hiring manager was 15 minutes late, because he couldn’t work out how to use webex properly. Bit ironic for an IT consultancy. Everyone had their camera working other than the person conducting the interview. A bit like being interviewed by the wizard of Oz. Red flag. Got to the close, decent feedback, asked how long their process would take, if it was possible to consolidate stages given i have another offer who want me to start in 3 weeks. One manager was pragmatic and looking at diaries, was interrupted & overruled by the lead who went on a “we’re Gartner and we won’t be rushed” speech. Clearly, it took 2 weeks to set this up & you were still late. Lost interest after that.
