Quite a lengthy interview process, just over 5 months from being approached on Linkedin thru to conclusion. Recruiters are internal and fairly candid.
Process was a number of calls, followed by a face to face with the role’s manager. If you get through those then it is on to the final ‘panel’ interview. For this interview you will be provided a case study for which you will need to research and develop a proposal for. It took me approximately 2 days to do. However, if you have the opportunity to cut and paste from similar work I recommend you do (you’ll see why later).
At the ‘panel’ interview you will immediately find that it’s not a presentation and critique of your case study proposal, it is a role play. So be prepared for exaggerated gestures and responses. From the off it is a hostile role play, all actors are playing ‘bad cop’ as the ‘good cop’ is on annual leave. They will make you aware that the information provided in the case study is out of date, the hypothetical company has moved on from that point and another consultancy has been engaged. I recommend that you not get protective over your presentation, despit the time invested, the test is adaptability. Trying to present it in a linear fashion is greeted with exaggerated gestures of boredom and hostile responses. Personally I wasn’t sure what the expected response was meant to be, as trying to clarify the vision and new scope was repeated closed. Which was made it mighty difficult to differentiate myself from any other candidate.
As you might have already guessed I didn’t get an offer. The recruiter was pleasant and offered feedback, I wasn’t technical enough during the role play, which was a surprise as it was meant to be a C level audience. So it might help any future candidates to avoid the C level softness and go a bit techie. However, there were enough clues from the interviewers for me gather I wasn’t their target candidate.
All good experience, the only reason for the negative rating is the overall process duration needs to be reduced for it to be fair to both parties.

I was contacted through linkedin and spoke to the contact for 15 minutes. Once we aligned that I might be a good fit for the role they were hiring for, I connected with a recruiter for a screen. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager, another leader, and had a final round interview. The recruiter kept me updated through the whole process and was very communicative, which I appreciated.

Interview process was long - several interviews with HR Manager, Analytics Exercise, more interviews with team members/hiring manager, presentation deck for final interview. Everybody was very nice, but process felt very drawn out. Would like to see the 2 separate exercises combined into one project.

Standard multiple rounds of ‘get to know you’ interviews mixed with behavioral; case study panel interview for the final round. After the final round, negotiations and HR calls to wrap up the process.
