Was great and professional. The entire process was well-organized and thoughtfully structured, making it an excellent opportunity to refine your interview skills and boost your confidence. Their expertise was evident in the way they asked insightful questions and provided constructive feedback, which was incredibly valuable for improving my interview presence. Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.

HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
