Sehr strukturierter Standardprozess der nach Checkliste abgearbeitet wurde. Hätte auch eine AI machen können. Grund meiner negativen Bewertung: nach 2 Gesprächsrunden wurde mir Feedback innerhalb einer Woche zugesagt. Bis heute - 4 Wochen später - habe ich keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten.

Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin to interview for Large Enterprise AE. Wasn't very responsive when I said yes, then they no showed to the interview. I found this pretty frustrating and absolutely rude wasting my time during work hours.

Only met with the initial recruiter. Strangest screening ever. The recruiter literally said thanks for applying to the role, we actually don't have a role open but when we do, you will be considered again, so were just loading up our ATS when qualified candidates. And my response to that statement was ok, what is the process for right now then? Would I need to go through a 4 stage interview process again when the role does actually open in the future? And she said uhhh yes, you would go through another 4 rounds all over again. Very strange. She didn't want touch based on compensation until i brought up in the end and when i let her know my expectations of comp, she said this was the total cap, which was below what I wanted. My response was ok, no problem do you guys have flexibility, she said no. And i said ok, well since were not aligned on compensation, I wont be interested in going forward in this process. She got aggressive and rudely said, Ok well good luck with other companies and hung up before I could even respond back and just clicked on me . Extremely rude and what a waste of candidates time to being trying to do this. Seems like busy work to keep their recruitment team busy.
