Asked a lot about experiences working with c level executives. Which is tough when this job was posted in a college forum for kids who are just graduating. Also asked typical behavioral questions about reacting to situations in the workplace.

The first round was a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my background and experience. The second was a one-hour behavioral interview covering the role and company. The final round was one-hour and 30-minutes. The questions were similar to the second round but included a role-play exercise. Throughout the process, a major focus was on coachability and how well I could apply feedback given during the interviews.
