Like all sales interviews, pretty strange. They dont want you to sell any products of them for real, they want to transform you in a liar with no morals, you get put in artificial environments where you have to save yourself out of many very strange created situation. The only way you can pass them is to lie exactly right and do the same on collegues as they have done upon you. No remorse. They want to be able to trust you to do whatever for them no matter how strange and to pass all there tests for it.
When you pass the years of "initiation" they put you into good positions of the company or in parnering companies. (could be a route, there are also many other routes and applications) Not to good tho because lesser positions is where you are worth the most for them.

Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, I did not even apply but figured I’d hear about the position. Had a great conversation then the recruiter never followed up with me when she said she would. I sent emails following up on the interview process and got ignored. Incredibly unprofessional I’d believe the negative reviews on here.

Overall, the company left the impression of having very poor process management. I entered their recruitment process twice, and both times the process consisted of 5 lengthy stages:
30-minute introductory call
STAR method interview
Role-play session
Manager interview
Recruitment and business introduction meeting
Especially the 2nd and 3rd stages were extremely challenging and required serious preparation. Despite expecting significant effort and preparation from candidates, the communication and process management were not handled with the same level of professionalism.
I progressed to the 4th stage, but then they kept me waiting for about a month without any proper update. Eventually, they informed me that the position had been frozen. For such a global company, not being able to properly plan and manage hiring positions within the year was quite surprising.
In addition, despite the long and demanding process, the salary offered was not particularly above the market average. Overall, I did not find the candidate experience professional or well-organized.
The first round was mostly behavioral questions. HR focused on understanding my personal thinking, problem-solving style, and how I approach challenges, rather than just my past work experience. They wanted to learn more about my values, motivation, and how I make decisions in different situations. The conversation felt like a mix of personal insight questions and hypothetical scenarios.
