Really thorough and lengthy process. Many individual interviews and then a group interview and writing assignment. The group and written assignments were the hardest. You had to present the research note. Understood the rigor of the process, but longest process that I've ever gone through. But since I was hired, I've seen them go much quicker. The timeline seems to be based on working through everyone's schedules and how quickly they need to fill the position.

The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. I scheduled a 30-minute meeting with them. The recruitment gave me an extension description of the job position. I was told that I had excellent research experience, but lacked business acumen. The recruiter was very transparent and communicated to me that for the position I was applying for, this was a red flag. They were looking for someone with experience working with C-level executives.
