Submitted my resume and was contacted a month later to set up a phone interview. I provided my availability to the internal recruiter as requested. Waited for a response, but never heard back. Received an automated email a week later that I was no longer being considered for the position. Very unprofessional and rude.

Four interviews in all: Pre-screen with recruiter over the phone, followed by three 1:1 videos interviews. Each interview was spaced about a week apart. The first 1:1 was with the hiring manager, the second was with a senior member of the team, and the third was with a member of Gartner’s sales org. The interviews were conversational in nature. I was able to ask questions throughout. At some point during the process (after the first 1:1?), I completed a writing and skills test.
