J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Dallas, TX) en févr. 2023
Entretien
The first interview is very standard. They ask some simple behavioral questions and give you information about the company and internship. I did this over the phone. You then sign up for a prep call and the second interview. Prep call is just a quick information session rundown about what to expect. Make sure you know what the company does and be ready to talk about it. Second interview was split into two sections of 30 minute interviews with two interviewers each. Asked about experience and a couple more behavioral questions. This was done over Webex. They notified me relatively quickly, via phone.

Question 1
Q: Tell us what you know about Gartner. Q: Tell us a time where you had to influence a decision. Q: Tell us a time you managed a difficult customer experience. Q: What makes you unique?
Gartner’s intern selection process involves online application screening, an aptitude or technical assessment, followed by one or two interview rounds assessing skills, problem-solving, communication, and cultural fit before extending the final offer.
Three stage interview, all phone screens. Mostly behavioral questions with a few questions regarding technical capabilities, particularly focused on research experience as it relates to the role. I believe there were 4 rounds in total for this position.
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Gurgaon, Haryana) en févr. 2025

very draining, the interviewer seemed disinterested, had too many rounds (we had 4 rounds in a single day). the HR round was very vague, aptitude was difficult for an intern position.
