The first interview started with a 30min phone call about myself and the recruiter talking about the role. Second interview was a role play and what I knew about Gartner. Third interview was a more formal role play and why I was interested in Gartner. Fourth interview they flew me to fort Myers and it was a half day event where we started with 3 elevator pitches. I read research in a certain amount of time and had to explain it back after time was up. As well, we did an open Q&A.
