They invited me for the call and after I re booked the date and time from the calendar that they sent to me they did not attend and did not reply to my email.

There were total 5 steps of interviews. Phone interview for screening -> Traits interview -> Role Play Interview -> Case Study Interview -> LSA Interview. Process was quite time-consuming and complicated.

Entretien
First call with a recruiter, followed by an email with instructions to prepare the second call, which was to answer questions about my past experience in a STAR format. Third call with a member of the team. Fourth call with a senior HR, to answer more questions in STAR format. At this stage there's also a simulation of a cold call with an executive, whom you're reaching out to, to promote engagement with the service.
