Great conversations with recruiter, who was well-versed on the business, led to in-person interview. Office was so corporate - dreary, dull, no energy/excitement/personality at all. Met with hiring manager and she couldn't have been more standoff-ish. I didn't think it was a good fit on either end, but asked for feedback or immediate impressions at the end of the interview because I believe it is important for my growth. Hiring manager was awkward and said no. I called the recruiter and withdrew, saying that for better or worse I would want honest feedback from my boss.

The entire process took way too long. I was approaching on LinkedIn. I had a 30 minute interview with the recruiter. Next was an interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by a panel interview. I finally got to the last step and had to do a presentation for a panel. I am more than qualified but didnt get the job. It seemed like a big waste of my time for over two months when I didnt approach them, they approached me! Since then, I have been contacted by three different recruiters on LinkedIn about the same job. Never again.
