Several prep calls before a final call with the recruiter. Everything happened online due to the pandemic. In both phone and skype interviews, they provide a lot of feedback during the process

Question 1
Why sales? Why Gartner? Some behavioural interviews aligned with Gartner's values. e.g. a situation where you did something wrong and had to admit it... (not the exact question but on those lines)

Difficult interview process - 5 rounds for the graduate role but if you are an intern the summer before you can convert - but they may put you in SDP if you are not quite ready yet - the interview panel is difficult

A phone interview asking me about interest in the role and the company not too difficult but did not progress me. Took a couple of weeks to get back to me and provided no feedback.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2024

The first stage was an initial interview with a graduate recruiter who was really kind and professional. He put me through to the second stage and even had a prep call on Teams with me. The second stage was another interview with a sales recruiter, but he was a nightmare. An incredibly unprofessional young man with a messy hair and stained t-shirt swinging on his gaming chair. Made me do some nonsense sales roleplay. Good sales technique is not something you test but train when it's a graduate role.
