There was a phone call with HR at the beginning, after a call with a Software engineer manager, later a technical test, and then a 1.5-hour technical interview with live coding.
My main focus from the beginning was to align before doing a technical test to not loose one week if we could know if there is not a fit.
They told me they were looking for someone with little experience with react but also testing clean code practices etc
In the end, I pass all steps and I could not pass the live coding. The thing was that I was very good on the live coding side that was the 1 hour. I did not answer good 2 questions that were very generic regarding the web. I believe they have not defined very well the position and what they are looking for, also they rejected most probably because they want a different profile something that a company with quality could identify from the beginning. I believe this because 98% percent of all challenges(phone interview/ tech test points/interview) I had been very good. Saying this I would not recommend the make a process with this kind of low-quality level,
