The interview process was quick & till the point i was selected. After i was selected they started negotiating on my designation. This was also fine. Then i was told the I would get opportunity to work with IITians & IIMs. Great, as if i have never worked good & intelligent people. Still all this was fine & acceptable. Here comes the worst part:
Finally, I was offered a position. My offer was revoked just before ~20 days of joining. This is during the coronavirus pandemic. Just 2 days back i was told about the joining date & then suddenly i was called up and told that my offer has been revoked. I completely understand situation of companies during this time. But a company as big as Gartner (which i unluckily thought was good) is expected to have some professional attitude & should take care of its employees and its "to be employees". If a company cannot take care of people in difficult times, it is not worth joining. It is the most difficult time for me.. where i am in the last phase of notice period, Gartner has refused joining. I can't even go and search for another job as all the companies have closed hiring.
The HRs were very helpful and explained every process pretty good. The interview process was smooth. First round was a screening round with HR on Data Science and AI. Second round was with a Data Science Director. Third and final round was a live coding and case study round.

La recruiter fue muy simpática y me guió en todo el proceso, en las entrevistas me explicaron muy claramente la estructura del equipo y los proyectos en curso, aunque hubiese agradecido el motivo del rechazo, que no me lo dieron.
