Dropped my resume off at the career fair and submitted an application online. Few days later, I got an email for the first round of phone and case interview, each lasted for an hour.

I was called for a screening interview with a recruiter which was mostly informative, and then ended with them asking some more questions about my interest and my resume. This then moved into two phone interviews with current Gartner employees that had went through or were going through the Business rotational programs. The first was a behavioral interview and the second was a technical interview that was set up in a consulting case interview format. After these interviews, there was no follow up so I assume I didn't move to the next stage.
