J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Egham, England) en sept. 2018
Entretien
The interview process consisted in the following four steps:
- 1st step: Phone call from HR explaining the oppotunity and asking basic CV questions. Also this call is interesnting to decide if this offer fits with your interests.
- 2nd step: Interview with one person from HR. This interview consists in several parts. First one part talking about your past experiences and situation-type questions. It is really important here to talk about experiences that demonstrate that you have the four traits that Gartner is looking for. After this there is a short role-play (10 mins) where you are expected to defend yourself on a mock sales call.
- 3rd step: Interview with a skills assessor. This interview is similar to the one with HR, but a bit longer. You will also be expected to give examples of past experiences that articulate Gartner's traits and you will have another role-play with a different situation. You will also need to be able to really express that you understand what Gartner does and what the role is for.
- 4th step: On-site panel with one person from HR, one Area Manager and the Business Director (in my case and for the role I was applying for). The panel is similar to the interviews before, one part about experiences that demonstrate the traits they're looking for, another part of Gartner articulation and a longer role-play (20 mins) similar to the other ones.
The process is intense but, honestly, it is one of the most interesting processes I have been in. One person from HR 'walked' me throughout the whole process. I had a feedback call after every interview and they prepared me for every step. I was really thankful for their help even though I finally didn't got the offer. I learned a lot throughout the process and received very useful feedback. Even when I had already been told that I wouldn't get the offer, the person from HR sat with me for almost an hour to give me more feedback and her opinion of what type of jobs I should be applying for in order to end up working in what I want to work (in Gartner or elsewhere). Summing up, it is a tough process for a company that is worth it and I was treated perfectly.

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
