Phone interviews with several HR managers. People were nice. You really need to sell your passion for sales. I personally didn't like how they didn't ask anything about you personally - a little surface level, but that may just be more common in sales interviews. I ended up going with a different career path.

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
