2) Phone Interview with the HR
3) Phone Interview with the recruiting Manager
4) Face to face interview with the recruiting Manager
5) Role play (With 5 different managers)
6) Panel Interview
7) Panel Debrief & Offer
Every interview had a clear agenda !

Gartner looks for personality profiles that matches their vision of a top performer. They will be asking very personal questions to determine what really drives you... How much will this push you to give everything you have to become an overachiever...
This job is very very hard ! you need to show that you are persistant !
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.

HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
