I had a phone interview that was rescheduled with the recruiter twice at the last minute. When I finally did have the interview it took 20 minutes and it was rushed. Also, it was unprofessional and puzzling as to why the recruiter tells me after the fact that the company was already considering hiring an internal candidate and that she will follow up with me in a few days to see what direction the company decided but feel free to apply for other positions. And basically not to have any expectations with this position. Overall, it seemed rushed.
