I think 8 or 9 one-hour phone interviews, then a panel interview on-site. Some of the phone interviews were technically oriented, but I knew the domain better than any of them (just sayin) so it wasn't bad at all. It did take a long time - over 3 months, but they claimed they'd been through several candidates that didn't make it through the process, so they were taking longer...I've heard they always take long and are very careful who they hire.
