J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Arlington, VA)
Entretien
Multiple rounds with panel style role play. You're very well supported by the recruiter to guide and prep you throughout the process. They want answers in the SMART format, so keep that in mind when prepping.

Question 1
How have you handled a client escalation where there was a risk of cancelling? How did you save the account and what did you learn?
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2024
Entretien
Quite fragmented and weird at times. One part of the process is to talk to a "professional skill assessor" which is virtually someone in IT that likes to think they can cover specific vertical related questions. It was very odd and felt like talking to a wall, and it was nothing like a conversation you would have in your day to day. This put me off quite a bit.

Calls, slower than other companies I remember. Overall, not too difficult, but they focus on the network you can bring in. Be sure you have your own extensive book of business and contacts if you want to get far in the interview process. (makes sense)
