I participated in two interviews during the hiring process. The first was a 15-minute phone interview with HR, during which I spoke in my native language for the first half and in English for the remainder. The second interview was conducted by the team lead and focused on my technical background and a previous project. However, it remained a behavioral interview rather than a strictly technical assessment.
